
Logo redesign - mouse over for "before" version.
The request with this logo was to "keep it the same while making it different" - more of an update as opposed to creating an entirely new design. Their chief concerns to address with the logo were: better integration of the map, more color throughout and to make the "i" in Times ..."look more like a lighthouse and less like a barber pole."
I did not design the original logo, and was only provided with a gif image of the original, so I wound up starting from scratch and did the entire redesign in Adobe Illustrator. So now they have a nice, clean vector file of their logo. I redesigned both the print and web eiditons of the of the Times as well.) |
